41 South, a 150-seat full service restaurant adjacent to the hotel, serves dinner Tuesday - Saturday, plus brunch on Sunday. The cuisine is first rate. It's the most romantic spot for waterfront dining and watching the sunset. Many summer season guests will boat to the restaurant and tie up at the docks.
